Adirondack Vision Reset Retreat
Adirondack Hilltop Vision Reset Retreat
at Ginkgo Farms — Essex, New York 12936 Stop drifting. Start living with clear intention. Imagine waking each morning on a peaceful hilltop where sunrise paints the mountains and sunset glows across 250 acres of rolling fields and deep forest. Welcome to Ginkgo Farms — a private, working Adirondack sanctuary just minutes from Lake Champlain and the Essex Ferry to Vermont. Here the land is alive: cows, sheep, and goats roam the meadows in season, trails wind through woods and open fields, and the natural beauty and quiet create the perfect setting to reconnect with yourself and what truly matters. At the heart of your stay is our cozy 12×20 tiny house — a warm, intentional space with a full bath, comfortable queen bed, bright open living area, and a sunlit loft featuring standing headroom and a dedicated writing desk. Every detail is chosen to support deep reflection and personal clarity.
Your 4-Day / 3-Night Reset Includes:
Morning Pages Ritual — Each day begins with the powerful practice known as Morning Pages: three full pages of longhand, stream-of-consciousness writing done first thing in the morning. You simply put pen to paper and write whatever comes to mind — no filtering, no judgment, no need for perfect grammar or structure. This daily ritual clears mental clutter, quiets overthinking, releases worries, uncovers hidden thoughts and desires, and creates the mental space needed for fresh insights, creativity, and clarity to emerge. (I’ve been doing this practice faithfully every morning for over three years and it remains one of the most valuable tools I have for gaining direction in my own life.)
Vision Work in the Loft — After your Morning Pages, use your private loft space to write your future vision with one guiding question: “What would my life look like in three years if everything felt right?”
Gentle Farm Connection — Optional light farm activities such as gathering warm eggs, tending garden beds, or helping with the animals. These small, meaningful tasks offer grounding and a quiet sense of purposeful movement.
Time in Nature — Peaceful walks through fields and forest, enjoying the hilltop views and fresh air.
Departure with Direction — You leave with a personal “Vision Roadmap” — clear, practical next steps for your health, relationships, work, and inner life — plus a small farm-grown keepsake.
Your Kitchen Is Ready
When you reserve, simply let us know if you’d like your personal fridge and freezer stocked with the best farm-to-table provisions available that season — pasture-raised chicken eggs, fresh raw honey, sweet maple syrup, garden vegetables, and whatever else is fresh and in season. (We always keep honey and maple syrup on hand.) If you prefer to bring your own food or shop locally, that’s perfectly fine too.
